Some Commissions I've done

This if a Halloween theme dream catcher I made for Leanne. I painted the wooden eggs with a mix of green and yellow glow paint.  Then I added spider webbing and spiders to finish this off. The hoop wrapping and fabric hanging is bloody gauze. My husband made me nooses to hang the skeletons which I think added a great touch.

I made this for my sister to give to her friend that just had a baby.  The very 1st mum I ever made.

A man my mom works with requested this for his new baby daughters room.  He wanted one to show the he would hang the moon and stars for her.

I found some Star Wars beads at a bead show and made this Dark Side themed dream catcher for my nephew.

I made this take out box to hold the jewelry I made my sister for her birthday.

I found a big plastic take out box at a store and decorated it to make me a purse for myself. I used a heavy wire and strung beads on it for the handle.  I also made tassels to hang from the sides and added charms. I covered the whole thing with fabric and trimmed it with a black rope.

The jewelry set I made my sister for her birthday.

My mom wanted a baby frame for a co-worker and this is what I came up with.

I made this in memory of my dog Sandy.  I used colors that matched her fur. The charms hanging say love. The charms in the center are a Dachshund charm and an Angel.

Since Leanne loves Halloween so much making her gifts is pretty easy.  This is a wreath I made her one year.

This is a baby gift I made for Tia to hang in her soon to be baby's room.

This is a mask I made for Ernest for his company holiday party.  This actually started out as a full face mask that I cut into this shape then painted.

And here is the mask I made for Amy for the same party. I did a zebra stripe on the mask with ice glitter and put together the flower bling on the side.

This was made for Lori for her stepdaughter.  It's made out of the colors for her school with a cheerleader theme.

This was made for Mary Ann, my mother-in-law. The outside hoop is wrapped in leather and was a huge quilting hoop she had. I then added another wrapped hoop to attach the webbing.  The beads are a combo of wooden and bone.

Doily Double

I finished up a couple of doilies.  The white one just the other day.  It turned out much larger than I thought it would be, 24" across, and looks great in the center of my table.  I've started a second one using an antique white rather than the bright white of this one. On round 12, only 22 more rounds to go. :)

This one I finished a couple of weeks ago.  It is much smaller at about 16" I think.  Might have to remeasure it, I've forgotten the actual number.

Always Watching You

So my mental state might  be in question by some of the crafts I've been coming up with lately.  But if you know me it's really not that big of a change.

I found these strange flowers that I just had to use.  Actually it's just a normal flower I hot glued eyeballs into the center.

Blood dripping from the thorns adds a nice hanging effect to this dream catcher.

I wrapped the ring with a black floss that has silver woven into it.  I also used a piece of trim that I had that, well I'm not really sure what to call it, but it's looped black yarn that gives it a fluffy look.  Wow I hope that makes sense lol.

Price coming soon but if you are interested in this dream catcher let me know and we can work something out.

Zombie Parts

I ran into a zombie and to save myself I had to hack it up.  I took some of it's body parts as a trophy and put them on this dream catcher.  It is a reminder that it's either them or me.

Good thing zombie flesh is weak.  I was able to just pop the fingers right off.

I took it's eye so it can always see the person who ended it's undead life.

Flowery Skulls

So after staring at some materials I had laying out in front of me I finally decided on making some bloody gauze flowers and adding the skulls in the center.  My first try at making flowers and I used bloody gauze, figures.

I made some little flowers to add as filler between the bigger ones.

I decide to off set the flowers leading to the bead placement being how they are.  I didn't want any of the skull beads to be hidden by the flowers.

Here is a close up of the small skull beads I used.

Here's Looking at You

This is what happens when I am looking at random craft items in my home.  Also I think I'm going a bit crazy with cabin fever.  But you know what?  That's OK with me because I'm coming up with weird crafts that I think are turning out pretty cool.

I thought just putting a small amount of red beads in the center would make it look like the center of an eye.

Sorry about the view of the next 2 pictures.  I can't figure out why it put them sideways.  Anywho, googly eyes are funny so I decided to add them all around the ring after wrapping it with black.

The dangles have extra eyes just to make sure that the feeling of being watched is doubled.
This dream catcher is selling for $30.  Let me know if you are interested in it.
